How can I buy tickets online?

To charge an existing Key-Card you choose your skipass and type in the 23 digits number located on the Key-Card (go to the buyer's guide and watch the tutorial). If you don't have a Key-Card yet, you can buy it at our ticket office in Prato Nevoso or at any facility listed at this link.

Once you've registered, you simply need log in and pay with your credit card. For the next purchases the system will memorize your information, therefore you won't need to type in your data again.

Can I buy several tickets in one transaction?

Yes you can easily buy the tickets for your children, family or friends in one single transaction.

We will store your information and connect your various tickets into one single user account. Your tickets and those associated to your family members and friends can easily be administered. Next time you want to buy a ticket there will be no need to register keycard numbers and names again.

What about kids?

Yes, for daily and multi-day skipasses you can choose between different age groups:
• adult
• junior (born from 01.01.2008 to 31.12.2014 included)
• baby (born from 01.01.2015)

The age ranges vary among them in the price.

Do I need an existing Key-Card?

Yes. If you don't have a Key-Card yet you can purchase it at our ticket office or at any of the facilities at this link at the price of 2.50€

Which type of tickets will i find available online?

According to government guidelines, skipasses for the season 2021/2022 will need to be purchased for a certain date of use.

We offer different types of skipasses: daily skipass, night skipass and multi-day consecutive skipass from 2 to 6 days.

To find all the tickets you can buy online, please consult the TABLE OF PRICES. Each ticket is subject to seasonal periods, rates and discounts for age groups.

You will receive a e-mail receipt to the address you used in your purchase.

What is the refund policy?

The tickets are not refundable, not even partially, and they are cannot be replaced for any reason, not even if the buyer won't be able to use it; the ticket's validity and duration cannot be changed after the purchase.

Can I purchase my insurance online?

During the purchase phase you can choose to buy the daily or multi-day skipass, inclusive or not inclusive of insurance, at the additional price of € 2.50
