To charge an existing Key-Card you choose your skipass and type in the 23 digits number located on the Key-Card (go to the buyer's guide and watch the tutorial). If you don't have a Key-Card yet, you can buy it at our ticket office in Prato Nevoso or
at any facility listed at this link.
Once you've registered, you simply need log in and pay with your credit card. For the next purchases the system will memorize your information, therefore you won't need to type in your data again.
Yes you can easily buy the tickets for your children, family or friends in one single transaction.
We will store your information and connect your various tickets into one single user account. Your tickets and those associated to your family members and friends can easily be administered. Next time you want to buy a ticket there will be no need to register keycard numbers and names again.
Both for daily and multi-day bikepasses you can choose between different age groups:
• adult
• junior (under 14, for kids who were born from 31.12.2007)
The age ranges vary among them in the price.
Yes. If you don't have a Key-Card yet you can purchase it at our ticket office (or online, and then withdraw it at the ticket office) or at the price of 2.50€
The following type of bikepasses are available online:
• Daily pass
• Afternoon pass
• 5 non-consecutive days pass
• 10 non-consecutive days pass
• Single ticket
Seasonal bikepass is available for purchase at our local ticket office
If you purchased your bikepass but you won't be able to use it you can send an email to info@pratonevoso.com (even after the date of your reservation). We will issue a voucher that you can use for another date of the current season. Please note that no refund will be issued for a bikepass purchase. Also, we won't be able to issue your voucher if you used your bikepass, even for 1 ride only.
